Association Dues

Association dues are $280.00 per month (effective April 1, 2026).

Monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received by the 10th of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee, and the outstanding balance will accrue 9% annual interest in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.

Failure to remain current on assessments may result in the suspension of access to Association amenities, including the clubhouse and pool, and may lead to additional collection efforts, including legal action and the filing of a lien against the property.

What do association dues cover?

These dues cover the cost of certain expenses such as exterior lighting, trash removal, lawn care, snow removal, building maintenance and serve as a reserve account for future expenses.

How do you pay your dues?

**We will be using Rent Manager as of August 1st, 2024. We will no longer be using AppFolio.**
