Association Dues

Association dues are $280.00 per month (effective April 1, 2026).

Monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments not received or postmarked by the 10th of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee, and the outstanding balance will accrue 9% annual interest in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.

Failure to remain current on assessments may result in the suspension of access to Association amenities, including the clubhouse and pool, and may lead to additional collection efforts, including legal action and the filing of a lien against the property.

What do association dues cover?

These dues cover the cost of certain expenses such as exterior lighting, trash removal, lawn care, snow removal, building maintenance and serve as a reserve account for future expenses.

We have a payment drop box in the clubhouse!

• Payments are collected on the last business day of each month and on the 10th of each month (or the preceding business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday).
• Payments must be placed in the drop box by 8:00 a.m. on the collection date to be considered received that day. Payments deposited after 8:00 a.m. will be processed at the next scheduled collection and may be subject to late fees.
