Clubhouse & Pool

Key fobs:

We have switched from keys to key fobs as of July 1st, 2023.

  • One key fob will be assigned to each condominium.
  • A $50 fee will be charged for any replacement.
  • If anyone is found to provide a fob to a non-resident, their fob will be deactivated for 60 days and there will be a $50 fine to reinstate it.
  • Fobs will be deactivated if your HOA dues account becomes more than 30 days past due.

How to rent the clubhouse for an event:

The Clubhouse can be reserved for private use by owners/tenants only. Owners in good standing can rent the Clubhouse. Renters can rent if their lease is on file and the owner co-signs. The individual(s) signing the application will be held responsible as well as liable for use of the room.

The cost to rent is $100.00 per event. A refundable deposit of $100.00 is also required. This check will be returned once the Clubhouse has been inspected by a member of the property management and it has been determined no damage has occurred. Please follow the Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist for instructions.

The key to the closet will be provided to the unit owner/tenant in order to access the tables and chairs.

Reservations can be made by calling CBCDR at 217-403-3300 or sending an email to: [email protected]
