NEW GATE
- Gate ordered through SK

COMPLETED PROJECTS
MOTION DETECTION LIGHT
Installed 7/20/23 on the clubhouse covering the pool area. It is set to activate at 10pm, turning on when motion is detected in the pool area.
GATE LATCH
SK installed a new gate latch 10/20/23. This can be transferred to the new gate.
RING DOORBELL CAMERAS
2 Ring doorbell cameras have been installed on the 2 doors from the Clubhouse to the pool area.
UPCOMING & FUTURE PROJECTS
- A new security camera system has been quoted. Our current camera system is outdated (with an app that is difficult to manage). Also, the vendor who installed it is not responsive to maintenance requests making any upgrades impossible. We will know more about this soon!
- Getting a new thermostat for the Clubhouse that better maintains temperature (switching from heat to cool on it’s own) so this does not need to be done manually.
- Eventually, we would love to add some new equipment.
- New TVs are also on the list. Our box TVs are a bit outdated 🙂

POND PROJECTS
We are aware of the low water spray coming from the fountain. We are working on this!
DEAD TREE
The leaning/dead tree on the pond bay is set to be removed. The stump will not be ground and will stay on the bank to help prevent further erosion.
COMPLETED
FOUNTAIN
The motor on the fountain pump failed and a new pump had to be installed. This was completed 11/20/23 and then kept indoors for the winter. The fountain was installed in the pond April 2024.
ELECTRICAL OUTLET
A new waterproof electrical outlet was installed by the pond to run the fountain.
SPRAYING FOR POND SCUM
The pond will be sprayed to help eliminate the scum that builds in warmer temperatures.
EXTERNAL PROJECTS
SPRINKLERS TURNED ON
The sprinklers were turned off when we were having a lot of rain and the ground was already very wet. We have asked maintenance to turn these back on since the weather has turned hot and dry. This will be completed asap!
REYNOLDS TOWING SIGNS
FRONT ENTRANCE
- We are replacing the rock at the front entrance median with mulch. We hope this will prevent kids from throwing rocks.
- Trees need to be trimmed at the front entrance.
COMPLETED
UPCOMING & FUTURE PROJECTS
- There are a few more dead or dying trees that need to be removed. We plan to do this in stages and replace them with new trees.
- An 8-foot cedar fence between Cobblefield and Providence has been quoted and we will know more about this soon!
BUILDING & CONDO SPECIFIC PROJECTS
B2 Water Faucet
The water faucet on the west courtyard is not working. This will be corrected asap!
A8
- There have been some drainage issues behind building A8. We are looking into regrading and/or burying drainage spouts. Quotes are being obtained.
PILLAR REPAIR
There are a handful of pillars that are deteriorating and need repaired. Contracts have been signed and work will be completed soon.
